Never mind what conspiracy theorists have been saying for what seems to be forever, let us focus on facts. For those who have been following my work for a long time, you already know my position on this. Now, I know some of you didn’t want to believe me when I told you that fluoride was not good for you. Many wanted so bad to listen to their dentists instead, who promised amazing benefits from its use, though often unsubstantiated and in blatant disregard for known side effects. Some even took the “pro-fluoride” position so far as to suggest that people should put the stuff in their drinking water, take showers in it and so on.
Well, like most things I discuss with you, time usually has to be a factor because evidently we like to be ahead of the curve, instead of behind it. We like to pay attention to science rather than be the example of the experiment. We don’t want to be like most Americans who seem dedicated to ensuring the calcification of soft tissues throughout their bodies, including the pineal gland. But this article is not going to be about the published studies that show that fluoride is associated with things like increased cardiovascular risk due to the hardening of your arteries and other areas of the body. Instead, I want to discuss the effects on the brain.
It’s taken over 10 years (for me), but the Lancet, the world’s oldest and most prestigious medical journal, recently published a report classifying Fluoride as a dangerous neurotoxin. What this means is that Fluoride is toxic to your brain. The report puts Fluoride in the same category as Arsenic, Lead, and Mercury. So, just like eating lead-based paint chips is probably not a good thing, so too is the idea of drinking fluoridated water!
This should come as little surprise to you though. Why? Because as I’ve already addressed, I’ve been attempting to tell you this for about 10 years and I have a pretty strong record in regard to the things I attempt to bring to your attention. Now, some of you might be wondering how I could have possibly known this for so long. Well, that is a rather simple answer actually. Aside from the rather basic concept of cause and effect, of course, one should look no further than the labels the stuff arrives in. The manufacturers of the substance tell you specifically to not take it internally, and that if you do, you should contact a poison control center. In fact, the barrels are often labeled “poison”. This may sound weird, but this was my very first clue. The second clue came in the idea that it is one of the few substances that can actually kill a roach.
Another red flag to me was the big warning sign that suggested that people not consume it. I was once told that you should not consume things labeled “Danger – Do Not Ingest”. I know reading can be hard for some, but the fluoride packaging suggests that you avoid contact with eyes, skin, your mouth, and even clothing. You would think it would be obvious, but does this sound like something you should stir on up into your drinking water and then consume?
I do apologize for my sarcasm, but this topic is infuriating. And of course, there are some who say that in moderation, it is okay and that it will strengthen your teeth. Well, if you want to have “moderate” exposure to a neurotoxin so that you don’t have to brush your teeth as often, then, by all means, have at it. Leave this world for those who have a sense of self-preservation and actually enjoy utilizing their brains for something other than a garbage dump. For the rest of us, might I suggest Lugol’s Iodine?
That being said, if you are “pro-fluoride” (for whatever reason you would like to sell yourself on) and you decide you want it in your drinking water, and in your toothpaste, and in your shower, and so on… when you develop mental issues, or your baby comes out dumber than a bag of rocks, you may not be able to comprehend this… but we did in fact, tell you so.
I supposed you would like to see the reports? You should! http://download.thelancet.com/pdfs/journals/laneur/PIIS1474442213702783.pdf?id=baak8dkBlaiXPhJTjuTsu
CNN has disclosed the same: http://edition.cnn.com/2014/02/14/health/chemicals-children-brains/
And let’s see what Harvard has to say on the issues. http://www.whydontyoutrythis.com/2014/03/harvard-study-confirms-fluoride-reduces-childrens-iq.html
So it’s not just me saying it now… it’s people wearing white coats, the mainstream media, and one of the most respected universities in the nation who are now confirming what has been warned for years. Late or not, I hope that makes the difference for you. Perhaps NOW you will begin to take steps away from poisoning you and your family. Perhaps now, you will stop attempting to sell the poison to your neighbors.
Regardless… everyone should have seen this coming.
If you ever wanted a reason to not provide blanket trust to the people and organizations that told you it was safe… this is a great one!
Here is yet more information to chew on… that is of course if the information provided here is not enough.
UPDATE: A recent study has demonstrated connections between water fluoridation and ADHD in children? That’s right, a new study by the Department of Psychology at Toronto’s York University and published in the Environmental Health journal, has found an association between widespread exposure to fluoridated water and increased Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) prevalence among U.S. children.
A neurological disorder from a chemical known to be a neurotoxin? Are you not entertained?
2016 Update: Fluoride Action Network (FAN) is among a coalition of environmental, medical and health groups urging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to ban the addition of fluoride to public drinking water supplies. The EPA has been served with a petition that includes more than 2,500 pages of scientific documentation detailing the risks of water fluoridation to human health. (Story Here)
