I contend that the only way we can all unify is to face some uncomfortable truths. We need to look at ourselves in the mirror and see reality for what it is. However, we will never be able to do that if we do not learn from our past. Much of what you read will be presented in a very blunt fashion. I do not want to sugar coat anything because I feel there has been far too much of that going on already. The failure of education is real. Allow me to demonstrate.
First, let me be blunt. Our freedom-loving nation might be doomed. Not because of the threat of invasion or even inflation. While these may occur, these events are merely byproducts of a much bigger problem. The reason we are doomed is because of ideas; ignorant ideas that people get and try to sell to others without any real examination. Frankly, I believe that is killing us.
We live in the age of information, yet so many refuse to seek the truth. So many refuse to research or even read. It is as if they expect everything to magically fall into their lap or upload into their minds. Equally disturbing is this trend of short videos and short sentences. If the video is not under five minutes or the statement at 140 characters or less, many are not interested in reviewing it. Imagine the long-term outcome of this trend.
This is a big problem because some of the most dangerous ideas actually sound pretty good when you oversimplify them and leave out the examination. Historical inaccuracies even seem believable when you refuse to examine all of the evidence. This problem gets worse in government-run schools.
Take a moment to ponder the following in-depth. Children have to go to school, but what are they really learning? Most thinking adults could not argue that many schools are simply not teaching the things they should anymore. Unfortunately, and as demonstrated lately, teachers don’t want parents know what they are teaching anyway (Example). As a result, the children leave school extremely ignorant of the things they should probably know while feeling confident that they have learned everything they needed to. This is a really bad combination.
Evidence of this ignorance is seen almost daily. Conan O’Brien, Mark Dice, Jimmy Fallon, and many others have made a pretty decent living providing laughs by exposing people who cannot answer seemingly basic questions. The sad part is that most of the people being interviewed laugh at their ignorance once realized. Well, it’s NOT funny!
The problem is that these people eventually become leaders or simply vote. What we should all remember is that ignorant people tend to make ignorant choices. I do not mean to alarm you, but you should also know that some of these ignorant people go on to become teachers, politicians, soldiers, and law enforcement officers. Can you imagine the result?
The point is that by the time one or two generations come to pass, you have a fairly ignorant group of people on your hands. It literally becomes a case of the blind leading the blind. As a result, some very ignorant ideas begin to sound like great ones. This is primarily because the repercussions of such ignorant ideas were not really focused on in their studies, or they were ignored. Sadly, only those who were lucky enough to have been exposed to something deeper and who also have an internal drive to break free can know the truth.
Take “Representative Democracy,” for instance. Even college institutions now teach that America is supposed to have this form of government. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth as clearly and easily identified in the Constitution. How many people do you think have actually read the Constitution? The negative ramifications are seemingly endless.
Ignorant ideas are spreading like wildfire. A small trek through Youtube will bring upon many videos that show exactly what I am talking about. Even flat earth and self-segregation are making a comeback. It is absolutely ridiculous and unbelievably scary.
Let me be a little more direct. Quality education requires objective examination and tests. One educates themselves through the review of ideas – all ideas. Usually, these ideas come from those who came before, and the best way to review ideas is to review as many different sources and perspectives as possible and to do so objectively. Then, of course, when in doubt, you test it out. This rarely happens anymore. People have turned to willful ignorance or indoctrination instead. Willful ignorance is literally the opposite of objective examination. Willful ignorance is the practice of ignoring any sensory input that appears to contradict one’s inner model of reality.
Then there is educational indoctrination. How can one educate themselves by ignoring the bigger picture and eliminating options that have not previously been examined? How can a student learn the truth if the truth is never really provided for examination? Consider the ideas often pushed by state-ran education; you only get to learn what they provide for you to learn.
I suspect this how we can have an educated society that somehow does not know that some of our first wars as a nation (such as those in 1801 and 1815), were actually fought against Islamic Barbary corsairs (LOC, 2017). This may also explain why so few are unfamiliar with the government document, which expressly states that the “government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion (Yale, 2008)”. And since so many institutions refuse to discuss the topics in-whole, few in America will understand the irony of black men turning to Islam over their hatred of white people.
What I provide you in a lot of my work is far beyond the economic models or the potential for a war that I often discuss. Instead, I want to provide you with the fundamental reasons why we are failing and why many of us will not be able to escape its aftermath. Unfortunately, I am afraid that any one leader will not be able to save us. It is going to take information and understanding by many and a great many years to fix just how crazy and utterly stupid things have and will become.
Every one of us will need to be involved; hence, the problem. So many are either unwilling to learn or simply unwilling to examine ideas outside of what they have already been sold. Of course, this presents a huge problem for the rest of us because many of the ideas they were sold are diseased and spread like cancer.
Friends, we need to be willing to accept that everything our teachers told us or that everything we may have picked up from our friend may not have been totally accurate. Additionally, everything we see on Youtube should probably not be considered education. We should also be willing to do a little REAL and objective research to discover the truth. When someone offers an idea that differs from our own, we should be willing to accept that some of this may change what we believed to be true. Let us get our brains warmed up with the following ideas.
George Washington was actually the 9th President; not the first. Teachers often forget to mention that Washington was a General during the Revolution and that he did not become President until April 30, 1789. The question that you need to ask yourself to prove this point is that if we became a nation in 1776, who was in charge until Washington became President? Another question might be, “why is this important”?
“IN GOD WE TRUST” was not always our national motto. This phrase did not officially become our national motto until 1956. In truth, our Founders would have more than likely frowned upon such a motto for several reasons, including the fact that they had already chosen a motto. Have you ever heard of “E Pluribus Unum”? This stands for Out of many, one. This is the motto that was suggested by the committee Congress appointed on July 4, 1776, and the motto that was adopted by an Act of Congress in 1782. Was it changed because they don’t teach Latin anymore? As you can imagine, the devil is always in the details.
Those little factoids might be a little too easy to really set the tone for what you should know. I want to destroy narratives here, so let us get somewhat controversial with one that may not settle well for many. Racism is not what you think it is; especially when it comes to white people. For instance, White (as most know or think about it) is not really a race because not all whites are actually white or have pale skin. If white is a race, understand that you would not be able to tell by skin tone alone. Pretending for a second that you could, then ask yourself why or how some whites such as Jews and Celts could be persecuted and shunned by so many other white populations? What is the difference between someone from Rome and someone from Germany? What about the differences between a Celt and a Caucasian?
Caucasian is a somewhat outdated classification because it literally refers to people native to the Caucasus (a place situated between the Caspian and Black Seas). What you should know is that many white people today do not actually have any (or any recent) heritage there. Besides, ancient and modern Caucasoid populations have ranged in complexion from white to dark brown (Blumenbach, 2016). If you wanted to consider skeletal anatomy and DNA, then the term White actually includes anyone having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East and/or North Africa – which (as you can imagine) comprises many colors other than white (Race and Ethnicity Classifications, 2017). In other words, some white people are actually light or dark brown. This has been known for quite some time; you just haven’t been told. I present the following to merely demonstrate the point.
In U.S. v. Bhagat Singh Thind (1923), the Supreme Court deemed Asian Indians ineligible for citizenship because, at that time, U.S. law allowed only free whites to become naturalized citizens. However, the court conceded that Indians were Caucasians and that anthropologists considered them to be of the same race as white Americans, saying “It may be true that the blond Scandinavian and the brown Hindu have a common ancestor in the dim reaches of antiquity…” but they stated that “We venture to think that the average well informed white American would learn with some degree of astonishment that the race to which he belongs is made up of such heterogeneous elements (U.S. Supreme Court, 1923).” It sounds racist, but one has to wonder how it can be racist when both sides of this debate are in-fact white? It is what it is, and this should definitely change the whole privilege debate.
Any “unmistakable and profound differences between” any of us are merely ethnicities and cultural – not race. An ethnic group or ethnicity is a category of people who identify with each other based on similarities such as common ancestral, language, social, cultural, or national experiences. That almost seems relative. There are thousands of different ethnic groups in the world. Within the White/ Indo-European community alone, there are groups such as Albanians, Bulgarians, Greeks, Hindustani, Scottish, Macedonians, Persians, and many more; many of which are simply not the same color and most of which have very different cultures overall.
For some crazy reason, when people think of white these days, they think of the Aryans. Well, the truth is that if there were real Aryans, then they were people who settled in Iran and northern India about 1500 B.C.E., they likely sported Chinese or Mongolian features and were called Aryans because they spoke something called the Aryan language. Of course, a recent study that can be found in the American Journal of Human Genetics, led by scientists from the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad; found that perhaps it is a moot point altogether. Dr. Lalji Singh, former director of CCMB said that “There is no genetic evidence that Indo-Aryans invaded or migrated to India or even something such as Aryans existed (Metspalu, …, 2012)”.
Encyclopedia Britannica provided some clarity when they wrote that “since the late 20th century, a growing number of scholars have rejected both the Aryan invasion hypothesis AND the use of the term Aryan as a racial designation, suggesting that the Sanskrit term Arya (“noble” or “distinguished”), the linguistic root of the word, was actually a social rather than an ethnic epithet. Rather, the term is used strictly in a linguistic sense, in recognition of the influence that the language of the ancient northern migrants had on the development of the Indo-European languages of South Asia.” – (Britannica, 2017)
So define irony that anti-Semitism even exists. A Semite is actually any member of any of the peoples who speak or spoke a Semitic language. This includes Jews, Arabs, and even some Ethiopians. It has been contorted to Jews specifically, but were you aware that Judaism is not a race either?
Johns Hopkins geneticist, Dr. Eran Elhaik, says his research (published in the Oxford Journals) debunks the long-held theory that Jews are a single race, and this includes the Ashkenazi Jews (Elhaik, 2012). I suppose this might help explain how there could be black Jews or brown Jews as well as whites within their synagogues or how black Jews in Africa believe they are the first and true descendants of the original Jewish people (Mark & Horta, 2013). Interesting, right?
That was probably a lot to take in, but that just gets us started. My work is filled with lots of perception-altering information that I think all Americans should be aware of. I want you to understand that fear and hate are often created from ignorance. I hope this will help to take some of that away. I want you to see that regardless of your color, gender, creed, or political lean, as American citizens, we all have a common foe and that it is not one another. Unfortunately, to actually see it and be able to do something about it, we need to examine the issues from a different perspective than what we have been.
Let me quickly state that my work is not intended to give you all of the information you will need on this journey. Instead, it is intended to kick down the door that I am hoping you are willing to walk through when I do. Furthermore, know that I am not trying to change what you think or believe. Instead, I want to change how.
I hope this article got your brain warmed up, and I hope you are ready and willing to consider some perspectives that you may not have otherwise considered. If you choose to continue reading articles on this site, then keep the contents of this article in mind because you are going to need it. For those who can handle it, I hope that by the time you are done reading a few of my articles, you will be angry that you have not previously been given all the facts on the topics we will discuss. Of course, if this article angered you, perhaps my work is not for you. Know that it only gets worse from here.
